Brand Identity

Silk & Oak is a simple, modern, and premium whiskey inspired by the musical duo, Silk Sonic.

I developed a brand identity that expresses its simple, modern aesthetic. Enjoy a stellar sip of golden, silky whiskey.

The Challenge

To create an original concept whiskey brand.

My Role

As the sole designer, I created all original assets and models. I designed the original bottle logo and UVs that would create the emboss on the logo for the bottle.

Solution:

Inspired by my own creativity and especially by my own adoration for “Silk Sonic”, I wanted to create original concept work for a whiskey brand. I believed that a warm, yet bold whiskey was a great choice based off of the identity and branding of “Silk Sonic”. A brand of whiskey that embodies the emotions of romance, heartbreak, and warmth of “Silk Sonic’s” discography.

Inspired by “SIlk Sonic”, the iconic music duo of Bruno Mars & Anderson.Paak, I created a whiskey brand called “Silk & Oak” based off of them. Using skills in Blender and Adobe Suite, I created a 3D render of the product along with a product animation of the whiskey.
